As we gear up for the next season, we’re stoked to spill the beans: we’re on the hunt for a Team Manager to assist our Valorant team. If you’re all about passion, organization, and adding your flair to our esports family, you’re the one we’re looking for!

Work alongside Frederik van Guldener, our Valorant General Manager. He’ll be at the helm of the Valorant project for the upcoming season, and we’re seeking your expertise to achieve our very ambitious plans for the upcoming season.

  • Take charge, plan, and execute tasks that will significantly drive the progress of our VALORANT expansion.
  • Identify and tackle gaps, risks, and obstacles in existing and future plans, strategies, and processes.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the VALORANT scene and its audiences to establish a strong connection.
  • Manage all aspects of travel, both domestic and international, competitive schedules, and team activities. This includes arranging player accommodations, such as booking flights, hotels, restaurants, and transportation. Also, collecting and managing player personal travel details.
  • Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and player talents. This involves sharing information about competitive schedules, player commitments, and developments. Additionally, coordinating player housing arrangements and supporting the onboarding process for new players. This includes tasks like handling player contracts, setting up equipment, jerseys, social media training, and partnerships.
  • Assist in creating and executing various processes related to visas and permits.
  • Oversee ongoing projects and tasks associated with relevant publishers, developers, or competition entities. This encompasses both internal and external communication, ensuring compliance with rules, scheduling matches, media events, player meetings, and fan interactions.
  • Attend multiple bootcamps and tournaments per year. 


  • Capable of prioritizing input from various sources to create project roadmaps or strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with players and staff.
  • Skilled at making sound judgments, motivating teams, and effective management.
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and functions.
  • Proficient in scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
  • Experienced in leading teams to achieve common goals within tight timelines.
  • Resourceful problem solver.
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
