Today we can finally announce that we have one of the country’s top FIFA players on our team, Anders Rasmussen. He has previously played for Brann and Jerv. Now he has signed for Apeks. Rasmussen has once signed a deal for 2020. The same goes for Anders Bakken, that has also signed for 2020.
Rasmussen has an amazing resume. He is the Norwegian champion of 2018. Rasmussen got second place in “eSerien” in the spring and won this fall with Håvard Paulsrud. He has represented Norway in the national team many times.
- After winning “eSerien” this fall, it feels right to go to an e-sport club now. I believe I can reach my potential here, and I am looking forward to being teammates with national team member Andreas Bakken, says Rasmussen.
- This is a big deal for us. Fifa has been important to us, but the last two seasons have been disappointing. Now we are strengthening our team and bringing in one of the countries greatest players, says Kenneth Johansen administrative manager at Apeks.
Apeks is investing a lot in FIFA. The goal is to gather the FIFA players and the Counter-strike players in Oslo.
Our premises are ready, and the Counter – strike teams move here next month. It will be so exciting to be closer to the team. We also want to move the Fifa – team to Oslo. For now, we are tremendously excited about signing Rasmussen and are looking forward to fantastic results in 2020, says CEO Denise Anfinnsen.
Jørgen Haugeland has been in the club for a year – and six months as an active player in “eSerien.” He got his big break during the Norwegian Fifa championship, where he placed fourth. Vi wants to thank Hauland for a fantastic time in our club. We wish him the best of luck!
